Understanding the Blabla Dashboard

The Blabla dashboard gives you a clear, actionable overview of all your social interactions: comments, direct messages, automations, and community engagement.

This article explains each section of the dashboard, so you can easily understand what the displayed metrics mean and how to use them to manage your moderation and performance.

Key Metrics (KPIs)

This section groups together the main indicators used to measure growth and engagement over the selected period.

Growth

Total Clicks

  • Total number of clicks sent via Blabla (automations + manual sends)

  • Each click is counted individually

  • Tracked using shortened links and UTM parameters

  • Link shortening can be disabled (which also disables click tracking)

Disable click tracking

You can disable link shortening by going to:

  1. Settings

  2. Integrations & More

  3. Link Shortening

⚠️ Disabling this option will also disable click tracking in the dashboard.

Automations

  • Total number of automation iterations over the selected period

  • One iteration = one action executed by an automation

Emails Collected

  • Number of email addresses collected via direct messages

  • Collected through dedicated automations (resources, offers, forms, etc.)

Engagement

Followers

  • Total number of followers combined across all connected platforms

Comments

  • Total number of comments received during the selected period

Negative Removed

  • Number of negative comments hidden or deleted

  • Helps measure the effectiveness of automatic moderation

Stats

This section allows you to analyze the volume of interactions and how they are processed over time.

Comments

The chart shows the number of comments received day by day.

Top right:

  • Number of comments processed

  • Number of comments to process

A comment is considered processed if it has been:

  • Hidden

  • Deleted

  • Liked

  • Replied to

  • Skipped

Whether the action was taken from Blabla or directly on the native platform.

Top left:

  • Number of comments received during the selected period

Direct Messages

This block follows the exact same logic as the comments section, but applied to direct messages.

  • Total number of DMs received

  • Daily breakdown

  • Number of DMs processed

  • Number of DMs to process

Action Metrics (Comments and DMs)

This block groups together all actions performed on interactions.

  • Liked: Number of comments that were liked

  • Hidden: Number of comments that were hidden

  • Skipped: Number of comments and direct messages skipped from Blabla

  • Replied: Number of comments and direct messages that received a reply

Completion Rate

This block allows you to visualize your overall moderation level.

🎯 Goal: reach 100%

Indicator breakdown:

  • Total: total number of interactions received (comments + DMs)

  • Processed: interactions considered as processed

  • Unprocessed: interactions still pending

Emotional Analysis

This chart allows you to analyze the sentiment of the interactions you receive:

  • Positive: compliments, supportive messages

  • Negative: criticism, dissatisfaction

  • Neutral: informational messages

  • Business: messages showing purchase intent or commercial interest

This block helps you:

  • Prioritize responses

  • Identify business opportunities

  • Understand overall brand sentiment
